Custom Designed Video Animation for a Digital Marketing Wordpress Plugin

I have built a wordpress plugin that currently sells well on it's own, however, it could be selling better. The next step of our campaigns is to create an engaging animated video with custom designs. I want an animator that understands animation and cares about the quality of their work because I have already been through this process on other platforms and companies, I have yet to find anyone who can do this right and sadly I've had to bin a few videos that I paid for because they were so far off the mark. Ideally the animator should understand the basic principles of both Facebook Pages and Wordpress because without it they simply will not understand what we are trying to sell which so far has been my major issue finding the right person. Things that are important to me: - Understanding the product being sold - Engaging animation with eye catching graphics - Animation that connects the video with the audio & text. - 45-60 seconds. Not a long drawn out boring video. Fast, clear and punchy messaging. - Upbeat audio that suits - Not really a fan of voice overs unless there's a good reason for it. - Someone who works without constant reminders & issues - A fixed price.
