Coffee shop design

Project : ‏ Coffe shop ‏shisha ( smoking ) cafe Requirements : 2D and 3D creative design with all necessary drawings ‏The area approximately: 200 m2 Elements and detailed requirements : - Small kitchen (10 m2) has to be full utilization with its small cooking machines: 2 friers + 4 small flaming heads + griller + crepes pan + pan cake pan + ice maker + 1 hand washing sink + 1 food sink + 1 small pizza oven - All the fridges and freezers will be under working desks - chairs redesigned to be distributed in advantage of the space - Variety corners design - Using swift luminous decor on walls columns .. etc - Shisha storage and making preparations area - Columns solution in respect to theme design - Coffee bar with equipments and installation details. - Cafe design will be in open ceiling form , so the lights will be hanged in art form - The lighting design has to be in 4 different choices by separate buttons for each choice to change the atmosphere light, that means : each lighting design has its one click switch - Air conditioning openings and smoke suction openings - Flooring patterns and materials - 2 Toilets design with 2 washing sink near it - Outdoor elevation design and sign board - Semi privacy section for families All these designs have to be in luxury comfortable and integrated with the main concept of design ‏ the design project must submit with : * 3D modeling * 2D drawing * 3D multi lightening design * 2D drawing for the electrical connections Wires . * all installations and equipments with detailed drawings and accurate equipments measurements. * Materials detailed * The drawings must clarify all the needed design. * 3D modeling for the whole project and for the other parts of project . ‏- i will provide the clear plan drawing for the designer and he has to submit the necessary 2D designs and 3D modeling with the accurate measurements and easy (furniture , decor) to buy and implement in my region . - ‏I have some images concepts can help the designer to imagine my design planning concept “ please read the detailed requirements and Make sure your creative abilities and ur technical skills can qualify u to participate in the project “
