Automate Video Call from terminal to call centre

I would like to set up a pc terminal at my customers premises which they can use for video chat/support back to my call centre. I want them to be able to press a single button and have it automatically call the pc in the call centre who will then share screen important information with the client. I am flexible to use paid video software, so far we have tried Team Viewer.
