Waterfront home renovation

I'm a realtor with a buyer who just purchased a vintage farmhouse style lake home that needs at least $200K in renovations. Right now, I'm just exploring the cost of weekly videos (probably 12-16) to chronicle the progress of the renovation and showcase all the vendors and consultants involved. This is for my YouTube channel and other social media. Property is in Antioch, IL, and just checking on pricing for now. Work would begin probably no later than 02/2019.
