Short Video about Smart Houses

I wanna make a 30 sec video filmed from a first-person perspective. no audio. no animations. no subtitles. The video is intended to describe what a futuristic ‘smart house’ could look like. The video would start from a 1st-person perspective entering the house back from an early morning run. the moment they step in, the lights automatically come on, they enter the kitchen, the lights come on, coffee maker finishes dripping the last drop of coffee. they take the mug and walks towards the toaster. two golden crispy toasts pop up. they grab the toast place them in a white small plate they grap off the counter and head over to the living room, AGAIN lights come on, they sit on the couch facing the TV, TV turns on the moment they sit and face it. A video plays on the TV showing a house with solar on its roof. like the one Tesla always shows or something like that Notes: 1. I want the video to be filmed in the US, Canada, or a European country in an average modern clean, NEAT typical American house. See Attachment. 2. I want the weather to be not too sunny. bright outside but the sun has just shined. 2 hours after dawn. 3. I want the furniture to be clean, modern, and kinda fancy-ish. like Ikea. 4. I don’t want to see hands or feet in my video. all lights, TV, appliances turn on by themselves with no direct human interference as if they can sense and interact with people. I guess you might have to perform magical video editing . 5. I want a first ‘draft’ by July 28th, 2018 to review snd then finsl version by August 3rd, 2018. PRETTY PLEASE with a cherry on top. 6. money isn’t an issue. give me your reasonable price and I will evaluate it based on a sample video you’ve made and let you know. money is not an ISSUE if quality is good.
