I am looking for a Macro I can add to my outlook 2010 that will allow me to archive emails from my primary mail box to another archive mail box. There are two main requirements: 1) I want to be able to configure the mail archiving days myself through a menu 2) and I want the emails to be archived in the same folder structure . so if an email is in /inbox/ProjectX , when it is archived, the script should check the folder structure and if it doesn't exist, create a /inbox/ProjectX folder in the archive mailbox.
