Unity NeuroEvolution testing correlation

Create a neuroevolution project in UNITY 2018 that takes in data points from an excel 2003 spreadsheet to compare with output datapoints from another spreadsheet. Basically you give it data sets from 2 spreadsheets. The number sets in sheet A will have a strong correlative link to the result number in sheet B. I'm going to be running thousands of data sets to train it to get very good at recognizing and then predicting those correlations. Please pick the neuroevolution method that would succeed best at this. The system should learn to evolve to be (greater than, less than or exactly match) the output result after many iterations given different data sets. (Option for reward to be if information is greater, less or exactly equal to test amounts.) This result should show up in the unity inspector. - That generation can be saved in a nameable save file, and loaded back later. This file also saves the inspector settings. - It's fine if this is a component script placed on a game object in the level. But it should run when told to, and save generations as they return results. Assume this will take between 40 and 80 hours for the entire project. The first part of the process fulfilling the general requirements and the rest of the time ensuring better usability. Expect daily check ins for at least 5 days a week. The project is done in unity as stated above. All code is done in c# and commented. Please let me know if you are interested.
