I need a sprite designer

I'm a high school programmer who is not gifted in drawing/creating sprites (believe me, I've tried). You'll be creating sprites like the one (meaning of similar style) that I attached and doing various animations for them such as idle, run, attack etc... (I'll give you $5 for each animated sprite but is subject to change).
