Tranlastion of website from English to Spanish

This project a a translation of a website from English to Spanish. We are looking for someone to rewrite the site in Spanish rather than do a literal word for word translation. This is for all copy and any images with English text to also be translated. Please state within your bid whether you can provide the translation on html web-pages (we will provide templates) or if you will provide as a Word document.
