I was hired by international company, which is going to launch huge website with tutorials and different materials from all over the world, to find native speakers for various tasks. On this website users will find articles, videos, tutorials, “life hacks” and much more content related to different aspects of our life. We’ll need cost effective translators for translating articles and subtitles for videos, transcribers for preparing subtitles and voice over specialists for creating videos.
For this project I’m looking for Tamil native speakers. We’re interested in translators, transcribers and voice talents. Please start your bid with information of your native language, nationality and country of residence, and then list services you can provide according to the scheme below:
TRANSLATION: all your language pairs that you can translate, how many words per hour and per day can You translate, rate per word.
TRANSCRIPTION: how much time do you need to transcribe an hour of a video, how many hours per day can You transcribe, rate per 1 hour recording.
VOICE OVER: how much time do you need to record an hour of an audio recording, how many hours per day can record and rate per 1 hour recording.
We’re looking for mix of lowest prices and good quality, so we’re open to new freelancers, even those without reviews. But please remember to bid accordingly to your experience. I’ve received many expensive offers from absolute beginners. Another thing is that if I’ll receive proposals from translators with similar skills for particular language, I’ll obviously choose the one with lowest rates per word.

My native language is English. I wouldn't say I am a native Tamil speaker since I learn Tamil as a second language but I am confident in my proficiency in Tamil; both writing and speaking, since I live with Tamil-speaking parents.
I am a Singaporean living and studying in Singapore.
TRANSLATION: I can translate about 100 English words - Tamil per hour.
TRANSCRIPTION: For an hour video, 1.5 hours will be needed to transcribe.
VOICE OVER: To record an hour of recording, 1.5 hours would be needed at maximum.
I can commit to a maximum of 3 hours a day. That would make my rate per word be $0.03, rate per 1 hour recording be $4.5 for both transcribe and voice over.
I have done some translation before in school for articles in school-printed books. I would still consider myself as a beginner as I have no credible experience in this field.

Efforts for an hour video would be atleast 4 to 5 Hrs .
Not sure on the rates charged per hour being. a new comer . We will discuss it offline once rewarded.
Voice over:
Efforts for an hour video would approximately be upto 5 to 6 Hrs .
Translation:
Could translate 250 words in 2.5-3 Hrs approximately. Per word charges unsure as I am a beginner . So lets take it offline

For translation, rate/word will be 0.5 rupees and transcription rate/hr would be 200 rupees and voice over would be 1000 rupees/hour. All the above mentioned charges can be negotiated according to the topics and the hours spend. More time spend for your project can considerably decrease the amount.
