hello, i am a German native and could do both, transcribing the audio and translate it afterwards into English. $1/minute sounds fine to me, for $250 i could transcribe 250min of german audio in ca. 7 days. for translations i would charge $0.055/word. please clarify how many minutes in total you need to be transcribed and if you need a translation as well. with kind regards, christian

Hey there James, I'm a native german currently living in Luxembourg. I noticed you were also mentioning french tapes which I could help you also out with after I finish the german tape, as I speak native french level as well. I've worked a couple of years as administrative aid after my bachelor, where I basically translated ENG-DE and DE-ENG translations. The content ranged from entire websites (website of "assenagon luxembourg" from ENG-DE) and financial documents. (ENG-DE as well) On a more funny note, I've proofread an e-book from a friend of mine, Paul Janka, an online flirt coach. He asked me to translated his e-book from ENG-FR and ENG-DE.
