Quick and Dirty Game Engine Programmer for Proof Of Concept

You are the first coding stage. We need to make the most basic minimum viable proof of concept to take to investors. Then I will raise those funds prior to work on the milestone. Then upon advance payment work on the milestone will begin Upon the milestone completion the remainder will be payed. Finally, the next milestone price will be negotiated, and so one until the completion of the prototype.
