This project is required to create a full 3D model in 3dstudio from AutoCAD drawings perspective of the a House. The model should has all elements of the house including building façade and gate. The objective for the owners to use the 3D model to change and experiment of façade materials so we can add lights for our lighting design. it is required to submit your work on a (.max) 3dstudio 2016 format. It is very important to group elements together and it should be easy for us to change materials of the model. Attached files - [login to view URL] AutoCAD2015 Drawing for project plans and perspectives - [login to view URL] (render image of the building the martials has to match) - [login to view URL] (presentation file has photos of building before renovation) Scope of work The 3dmax file has to contain and achieve the following - 3Dmodel of the House in 3Dmax 2016 format .max - The 3Dmodel daytime lighting and environment must match rendered image - The 3dmodel martials must match the attached render image ([login to view URL]) - It is important that easy be able to change and experiment with model martials and lighting - This is a request for a 3Dmax model not an image render, The successful candidate most demonstrate very high experience modeling in 3D studio max
