Mall & Hotel

I am expecting to see the following: 1. Full structure drawing set for the foundation, footings, columns, and foundation walls along the project parameter, the walls in the middle of each building in the basement, the walls under the fountain with the fountain pool and the parking in the basement and the basement of the hotel. 2. Full structure drawings for the slab of all floors including: 120,000 m2 foundation floor, 120,000 m2 ground floor, 1st floor of 63,000 m2 for all 21 buildings (3,000 m2) for each build, which will be the same for all buildings, and the same for the 2nd floor, the roof and the 3rd floor in the cinema building. The ground floor and mezzanine of the hotel (8,400 m2) with one floor drawing for the floors from 1 to 10, and one-floor plan for the 11th floor and one-floor plan for the 12th floor in addition to the roof. This should include the architecture plan that shows the basement parking, the site plan with parking lots, the elevators, escalators, trash room (dumbwaiters), supply service room (dumbwaiters), equipment or storage rooms, the water tanks, and gas tanks. The architecture plans that shows the terrace of one of the 8 buildings in the middle of the project. The architectural plans for the hotel floors that shows the areas and walls (full set) The structure of the canopy that will cover the inner streets between buildings Lastly, I want to see the architecture & structure BIM model. I’ll provide you with all the information you need like the dimensions of dumbwaiters, elevators, the spacing between the steel columns holding the canopy steel structure and any other information you need from me. I will also send you pictures to clarify anything that is not clear to you.
