Create some character animations for a game (Model is already rigged)

I need someone to do 20 simple animations and export them as an fbx file. for a video game. The model is already finished and rigged (edits to the rig cannot and will not be allowed so you will have to do the best you can with the rig) Included in the attachment is an image of the rig. It is an Autodesk Maya file. The character is human but is a cartoon and does not need super realistic movements or squashing or stretching. Each animation only needs to be roughly between 2-3 seconds long (no walking, running or complicated looping actions will be requested) Animations will compose of simple gestures such as: (clapping, making hand gestures, interacting with a single object, lying down, getting up, drinking, eating, idle animations etc.) Think like the sims kind of animations. If you need examples of these animation before you set your price let me know. Thanks!
