Adaptive Social is a Social Media Marketing agency that specializes in Social Media management and marketing for small businesses. We are searching for a Client Acquisition Specialist(CAS) to provide cold-calling services and generate warm leads. Position Duties: - Perform cold calls to small businesses - Find prospects that are interested in utilizing our Social Media Marketing services for their business -Once a warm lead is generated, pass the lead to me to be finalized and closed Expectations: - English must be your native language - Have a friendly phone demeanor, good communication skills, and the ability to build rapport with prospects - Prior cold calling experience is a must - Be trainable and willing to learn about the Social Media Marketing industry - Must be honest and reliable. This is a commission-only contract opportunity. Commissions will range from $200-500, depending on the package that the client is closed on. This contract will start with the expectation of closing and onboarding 5 new clients. However, once those clients are fully onboarded, we will be looking to take on more clients, and assuming the candidate hired performs according to expectation, we will use their services again.
