Establish telecom network access via Sigtran (SS7 protocol) to make HLR lookup requests, perform geolocations and send bulk SMS. Access only needs to send MAP messages. Fee to establish initial access and then monthly recurring fee for maintained access. In case you are able to immediately provide a demo lookup you are welcome to bid. To bid you need to do perform a SS7 MAP Anytime interrogation query to get the LAC and CID from the VLR.
