I am getting desperate here as this is starting to cost me money. I desperately need to hire someone for this today if at all possible., I run a website development company. I'm a also a programmer, but i also manage projects, hire programmers, deal with clients, put together proposals, answer phone calls, etc. in other words i'm swamped 24x7. right now we have about 10 different projects going. as of now, ALL of our work comes from [login to view URL] and from previous clients that we have long term relationships with. I have a sales tempalte that i customize for each job posting that i use that 100% works that all i need smeone to do is to 1. find jobs that we do 2. customize the template 3. send the template out i would like to add [login to view URL] to the places that we get jobs off of as well using the same template. i so;ld on [login to view URL] which was [login to view URL] before it became [login to view URL] and i know the market quite well. we're also working on finishing our own website and int he next few months will go to primarily getting projects from our own PPC / sales calls at which point your roll will change, but this is EXTREMELY long term. I REQUIRE that the person be US based. No exceptions for this specific job. The clients that we deal with are all in north america and I need someone that works on my time zone. I will pay for talent. This is EXTREMELY important to me. 1. I will show you what jobs that we do and what we do not do 2. I will see how you edit the template per the job post 3. i will then set you lose on working on [login to view URL] for 1 day and to see if you are able to stick to task 4. at that point i will pay a $100 deposit and then pay you on a weekly or semi weekly basis it makes me no difference as long as the work gets done. i have attached the template. of this template, only like, the very top and 2-3 other sections have to be modified. I never touch 6 out of the 10 points listed. each one takes me no more than 5-10 mins. the price that i posted is per month. i have no problem at all paying this as long as the work that i require gets done on a daily basis
