Provide installation instructions for OS X on ESXi 6

Hi.

We have an ESXi 6 server and we’re having challenges installing several Mac OS X installations.

We would like you to provide us :

1. A downloadable link to a deployment-ready vmware esxi machines of OS X 10.11, 10.10, 10.9,10.8, 10.7 (not dmg images ! )

2. Exact installation instructions (including all unlockers ) that we need to follow to have the above machines up and running

Our ESXi is intel-based i7 machine.

Please don’t apply to this project unless you have a fresh installation of ESXi in hand, and the other relevant resources. We are after someone that did it already in his lab.
