Private Vlan configuration

Overview: We have four(4) apartment buildings and four(4) Dell PowerConnect 5548 switches. We need to configure these switches so that each unit within each building is isolated from all others. We would like to take advantage of the Private VLANS (PVLANs) feature of these switches, thereby sharing the same IP Subnet for all units. The switches will need to be connected to each other via a "daisy chain" topology to share a single uplink to the Comcast Modem, which will be connected to the switch in building "A". More topology details can be shared after winning the project.

Each individual apartment unit should have internet access *only*. No connectivity to other individual units is allowed.
The Private VLANs feature is desired, instead of individual "real" VLANs for each unit, due to IP subnet restrictions.
