MIcrosoft Exchange Server Expert

Hello, We have a requirement for 1 resource who should be freelancer and willing to sit on client site for approximately 70 days. The major work responsibility are as follows : 1) Install Microsoft Exchange Server 2016 to the new server. 2) Migrate whole data from exchange 2013 to new 2016 server 3) Trouble shoots all the issue if found 4) 3 training session to be provided to the administrators on client site. 5) Around 70 days stay at client site after installation and migration of whole server. Additional Responsibility : Establish policies and procedures for day-to-day operations in the form of documents. Review existing systems and compare them with best technical and security practices. Carry out the necessary reforms to comply with best technical and security practices. Working on purifying systems of unused data. Suggestions to improve the service. Fix problems when they occur and analyze the cause of their occurrence to avoid them in the future. Transfer knowledge and experience and improve the level of knowledge of city employees in the period of the support. Provide support of all types according to the need in the field of specified systems Within the scope of the project. I am not sure about the cost so please bid considering 65+ days onsite stay preferably in Middle East. Looking for guy from India Region.
