Hello I am a system and network administrator, with more than 10 years of experience. I worked with different services and servers, particularly, designing of a local data center, management of local and remote sites, and cloud environments. The above-mentioned experience includes work with virtualization technologies, mostly based on VMWare products, cloud services such as AWS, DigitalOcean, and etc. I have proven knowledge of networking and security, thanks to the work experience and Cisco training sessions I participated. The short list of the servers and services include but are not limited to: Web Server (Apache, Nginx, IIS), Mail Server (Postfix, Exim, PowerMTA), DNS Server (BIND, Unbound, MS DNS), Firewalls (Iptables, PFSense, etc.), basic scripting (BASH) etc. As for the project, I'd like to ask several questions. First, what kind of access you are going to grant for this project? Is it an Enterprise server with iLO or DRAC access? Do you have the network configured? Hi, I'm happy to help you install and configure your dedicated server - I'd recommend using vSphere 6.5 or 6.7, and putting a base install of Ubuntu in a VM on it.
