Plastic Fabrication CAD/3D printing design job (Box with specific cut outs)

I need a CAD version of the attached drawings. The design is a simple box with specifically sized cut outs. I would also appreciate suggestions on how thick to make the plastic walls of the box. I am thinking 2mm abs. I need the walls to be thick enough to support being drilled with custom mounting holes. It will be for housing this specific fan model [login to view URL] . I would like CAD designs that are ready to send to a 3D printer or fabricator (depending on your recommendation for best fabrication method). This should be a quick job for the right person.
