Testing for an App that is cross-functional between Both Android and IOS

I will do it. I have an experience of 6+ years in Manual and Automation testing as a Sr. QA Analyst, working for a top tier company. I can surely meet the requirements needed for this project. I am well versed with Agile practices. We also use JIRA for tracking work items. I can create an excel report, mentioning all the devices used during the testing.
