HI ......i will make test cases and bug report in all aspect of the project and will make all modification or all srs new virsions and make data base testing

I just hope they don't count this as my bid?, but I think your approach is not so good. If you want to sort images, just train a simple cnn model with little dataset and then let the AI complete your task. No need to spend on expensive hardware, an average PC will be good enough.
