I would like to hire a Microsoft Access Developer

I would like an access project that will have a table of Participants with the following fields (BarcodeNumber, Full Name, Nationality) and it will have a form that once i will enter a barcode number (with a Barcode scanner) it will show the name and the Nationality (if any) . That form must also log the date AND time of the record. The save must be automatic, cause no user can be on the PC that runs the DB. Then it must have a list of all the Participants and the the total hours he have participated. The logic is that the first "scan" is ENTRY and a second "scan" of the same Barcode is an EXIT. So if the first scan is made on 10:00am and the second on 11:00am then the Participant with that barcode should have a total of 1 hour of Participation. Also there should be a button that if pressed all the Participant that have an entry but not an Exit, will automaticaly get an exit "scan" based on the time the button ws pressed. so for example if we have: Participant A with entry at 08:00am and exit at 09:00am and then entry again at 9:30am and exit at 10:30am Participant B with entry at 08:00am and exit at 09:00am and then entry again at 9:30am and NO exit yet Participant C with entry at 08:00am and exit at 09:00am and then entry again at 9:30am and exit at 9:45am and then again entry at 11:00am and not yet an exit. If the close all button will be pressed at 11:30am then based to the above data the final total hours should be: Participant A Total hours 2 Participant B Total hours 3 Participant C total hours 1:45 Thats it.
