Stand Alone PDF printing Application

I would like a small program that allow you to print a PDF by entering a number in an input field and pressing return would auto print to a printer. The PDF does not need to be opened, and preferably not. Settings in the back end would choose the default printer from windows and the file folder location all the PDF's are in.
