I need someone to write a software program

The software program should be able to do the following: Write paragraphs composed of 3-7 sentences. The sentences in these paragraphs have to randomly use any words in the English language. English thesaurus and/or dictionary are to serve as a source of data for this program. The sentences must make no sense at all. Please see an example in italics below. The program has to be able to access a separate list of specific words (such as medical terms) and include words from this list in sentences made up of random English words. The sentences should be of different types (declarative, questions, exclamatory etc), in a single paragraph. The sentences should be of different lengths in a single paragraph. The program should run automatically, once all the parameters have been set, for as long as required, without any human action. Before the program is set to run, I should have manual control over all the aspects of the program as follows: the source of the words to be used as random words in sentences; if a separate list of terms to be used or not; what is the range of length of the sentences; what is the range of how many sentences are to be used in a paragraph; how many paragraphs is the program to generate; An example of what I would like this software to output: Her gift aborts the territory. A decline bushes an obstruction. A rhyme hardens underneath the mummy. The research flashes in the associate tennis. After this damaging rhythm triumphs the terrorist structure. A group delights a damp after the upper silver. A tailored tune ventures the barrister. A choral bows. The enthusiasm chalks underneath the echoing abuse. Whatever starter believes beside a capital. The flip reject bricks the recipe. Can a stationary engineer minister the thick? Why can't the outcome parade underneath a smaller metro? The imaginary ice pictures a song. A glove demonstrates the starving silicon. A bone forests a female before a selfish reluctance. The pornography mutters. I don't know what this program should cost to write. I selected a budget range below, because there is no choice for "I don't know." Please let me know what's the projected cost involved.
