I need a programme built that will be able to take information from one document and copy it to another document automatically. To explain: We have 4 customer "factfinder" documents which we use to collect information about the customer and their requirements in order to provide them with an insurance quotation. When we have the quotations back, our sales team have to create a quote letter/proposal to send to the customer. At present, they have to re-key a lot of information from the factfinder and the "insurer" quote into the quote letter. I want a programme that will do this for them. Is this possible? We can design the templates and provide which fields need to be mapped but we need some software that will perform the function.

Hi! I'm not an expert programmer, but I've developed a complementary application for our CRM system windows-based app. One of the utilities copies some template word documents, and fill them with data taken from a database based on a order code. So I'm sure I can make a little program to extract data from an existing filled word document, and copy that data to some other documents.
