This project is part of a museum installation for an exhibition. I want to hire someone to help me with writing a code that will show an imaginary system of writing speeches that will be written for each person based on their individual demographics and psychometrics online. I want someone who is good at deep learning, AI programming, coding, and is good with visuals. It is a visual demonstration of the architecture of data and the aesthetics of coding. In this case, data becomes a form of storytelling. I need someone experienced with the anatomy of database and AI programming. Preferably familiar with audience targeting and content moderation.

I think we are talking about "deep write" i.e text/speech generation here and such task are tackled using natural language models. I will be using LSTM's a particular kind of NL model, along with fine tuning depending upon our scenario!
