Would like a custom SSIS REST component

We use Adobe sign to sent out statements to customers daily (around 100-200) and need to be able to extract all the answers of these PDFs to process hourly into a SQL database. I know this is possible to do through the use of Adobe sign API. I would like a custom component to be able to use within SSIS for this.
