Our company is in a Startup phase. As a Wireless Broadband Access (WBA) services provider, we intend to introduce Wi-FI Calling to our service portfolios -a solution known as Voice over WI-FI (VoWIFI). We are looking for developers especially those with experience in Telecommunications and Wireless solutions to develop an Application that can be hosted within our network to allow clients connecting to the WIFI system make phone calls seamlessly. Note please: this app should be designed in such a way that wireless clients devices do not need to install the app on their devices -zero configuration. The application will be inside our network while it allows those that have subscribe to our data bundles make mobile phone calls free of charge. The app should come with the ability for us to allocate talk time based on the amount of data that has been purchase by each subsciber. Interested parties should bid and specify which programming language they are going to use.
