Unpack OLE2 Properties and Streams

I need a process to assist in the extraction on of OLE2 files. All streams and stream properties should be output into a tabular format.
Within the files there are also some streams that also present themselves as binary steams that appear to be an unknown format. Looking through them then they are consistent and have the name T4Archive in the header (this makes me wonder if if C++) related .
Its preferred to have this tool written in Python .
