Software Repair 3ds Max 2018 Failing to Launch

I have autodesk 3ds max installed on my machine and as of Jan 5th, the software now starts and freezes on the splash screen and doesn't go any further. I have tried numerous things like removing windows 10 updates on the 5th and running as administrator but this has not helped.

I feel like the issues is with windows and need someone who can remotely login using team viewer to fix the issue as I have projects that I must complete.
