Hello, My name is Lana (44). I'm from the Island of Roatan, Bay Islands of Honduras. I'm requesting a quotation for my RealEstate Platform; I'm just getting started not yet lounged to the press; my request will be for a business presentation to present to potential investors. Idea #1 "RealtorsHub" platform is mainly intended as a Listing Broker platform; the mindset behind is to have listings/properties (Land, House, Condos, Villas, Development, etc.) of all range that attacks "non-RealtorsHubs" realtors and their buyers. However, I also intend to have some "RealtorsHubs" affiliated realtors. Idea#2 Once the Platform/Network part of the business is staged, up and running, I want to to build a RealtorsHub Office Lounge-Club where all Real estate brokers and Realtors can affiliate for a yearly nominal fee; they'll have access to a branch office set-up with the potential of attracting a lot more buyers. The lounge will have a large meeting room, coffee shop, ready to go projects showroom, local architects, contractors, and builders spec area, plus construction materials provider spec room. The overall idea is to have everything concerning real estate development in one place. To summarize, my overall idea came about after visualizing and analyzing how to make the real estate world something that attacks Buyers something innovating whimsical /revenue generator/interesting/ relax and whimsical ( that why I came up with the idea of building a Lounge Clube) no your typical stuck up office world.
