Python automated trading bot with sentiment analysis

I need you to develop some software for me. I would like this software to be developed for Linux using Python. I need a [login to view URL] trading bot, [login to view URL] is the broker it should connect to. This bot would need to do the following steps fully automated: 1. Collect tweets send by one or multiple twitter accounts through the twitter streaming API 1a. Twitter accounts to collect tweets from should be easy to change 2. Perform sentiment analysis on the collected tweets using the best available (free) method. 3. Compare tweets with a database of publicly traded companies 4. Using own software/database or [login to view URL] API identify publicly traded company stock ticker 5. Determine the current price of the stock to make trade with from [login to view URL] 6. Make a short or long buy depending on the tweet sentiment within the threshold of financial limits in [login to view URL] trading account. 6a. Don't make trade when balance does not allow it 6b. Trade should contain stop loss and/or sell order when stock rises or falls depending on short or long 6c. It should be easy to swith between live and paper trading 6d. Full API documentation for IG is available on [login to view URL] 7. Store all analyzed data in database for historical analysis 8. Send notification of decision and transaction info to Slack It is not nessecary to create some sort of fancy interface for this bot. A command line program with decent logging will work just fine.
