Purchase Order Application written on Ruby on Rails

Hello, I'm interested in a professional developer in Ruby on Rails, capable of creating an application with the following characteristics: Great Visual Design and User Friendliness, examples will be provided. Secure Login Screen Product Section: Ability to create and modify a database of Products, each products with some fields like UPC, SKU, Cost, Supplier, Picture, etc... Suppliers Section: Ability to create and modify Suppliers, each one with contact information and email. Purchase Orders Section: This is the main section, here the user can create, modify or delete purchase orders selecting from products and suppliers in the database (or having the ability to add them there on the fly in a pop up window), a full example of the purchase order with all elements will be provided. The purchase order needs to be saved, so it can be downloaded in PDF format, it also should have the option to automatically send the order to the selected supplier by email (using regular smtp client in settings section). Order Management Section: In this section purchase orders are displayed, and user can add more information like ETA (days until items are sent), units sent by sea, date sent by sea, units received by sea, date received by sea, units sent by express, date sent by express, units received by express, date received by express, Upload Invoice, Invoice Payments, more details on this on a document once project is awarded. Also script needs to email a reminder to User and to Supplier before 15, 10, 5, 3 and 0 days before ETA is reached. Email template can be configured in Settings. Settings Page: Change Email/Password SMTP email options New Purchase Order Email Template 15 Day Reminder Template 10 Day Reminder Template 5 Day Reminder Template 3 Day Reminder Template 0 Day Reminder Template Users Section Main user can create other users for their staff.. and identify which user created a PO, or updated information. In a second phase, (dont quote this yet) I want to offer this software as a service to many people starting with a beta test group of 20-30 people, and then selling it, charging a monthly fee, so up to 1000 users or more, so a flexible deployment in Heroku or similar service would be the best. Keep this in mind while developing the script so it's flexible enough to handle many users. Help Section: Documentation on how to use the software (We will provide it).
