Prepare a Win10 PC for kiosk configuration

Minimum task needed: Tech for Remote setup of a new Win10 Pro install for a Kiosk configuration on right away. -Only want people to be able to access one Browser and only the selected Tabs and URLS I Choose to be running on this machine. I want every single other area completely locked out. Yet I want my own personal remote FULL access. Second Task needed Remote Password Access with a free Remote Desktop application similar to Team Viewer but one that Allows Me to assign or delete given out passwords for access to this PC. Third task setup for a recovery disk and full Macrum Reflect Backup Image of Hard drive once tested and fully functional and password systems are working. I will select according to the best price, most qualified, as well as how is able to complete the most of these tasks as soon as possible. I may pick best-qualified person for only task #1 if prices are great and is ready right away and good references, and then hire the others later. If someone is really well priced and amazing reviews and able to do all three in a short period of time from the date of this posting I may select them.
