This is an interesting project. So what you are saying is that you would like to control your routers (wifi, normal network hubs, or internal cloud networks). You should be able to do things like create captive network, arp cache poison detecting auto quarantine, and who knows what else. I personally prefer the pox interface. Although not having any experience in this and not knowing what it is you would want to create. I would just like to stress that there are a lot of unknowns. But there are some really cool things you could do with it. But guessing from your stack suggestions I would say you would like to integrate something like tensorflow into the system to auto_route connections based on ... current traffic conditions ?
