Hello, I would be glad to develop this application for you. I would develop it as a simple .NET program for Windows. I suppose the input could be a simple text file with comma separated names, but some other format would be acceptable as well. For the pre-/suffix, there could be a simple input field or just another line in a text field, whichever is easier for you. The output would be in a text file, as you specified.
