Finish matlab script 80% completed

Each set of data contains 2 to 4 passes but all of it is together in one dataset. The script currently splits up the dataset into two passes but can't do more than that. I need the script finished so that: 1. splits up each pass for more than two passes 2. save the dataset so it is split into each pass in separate files. Sample_data1 contains two passes and it outputs the png. Sample_data2 contains three passes.
