File Transfer Program in Linux C language

I am looking for a file transfer program based on Server/Client. The main thing here is to add something to the OS so we will need to make a folder that acts just like dropbox, when you drop a file in the folder, it sends it to the receiver folder over TCP/IP. I also want you to add another feature where if the program is running and I right click a file, there is an option to send it to the folder which will then send it to the receiver. Every item in the folder is automatically sent to the receiver. The program should have a simple GUI to make it easier for the user to launch and operate the program. I will not accept any copying all code must be original. I will need you to create a read me file that basically explains every line of code in addition to adding comments in the code in a way that a non programmer can understand what each line of code is doing.
