Developer – Transfer video from AWS S3 to youtube hiding faces and number plates -V2

Note: This is the second attempt to put the project as the first time it was closed by freelancer.com because they consider this as a Bot development. This is not a Bot as does not simulate user interaction in a website. This function is very similar to the one existing in many other applications which upload videos on youtube such as ActionDirector, Samsung Gear 360 App, etc. Hi, I need a developer who has expertise/knowledge on AWS SAM (serverless application model), s3, Lambda, interaction with youtube and probably video processing. The function (Lambda?) will have to upload to a predefined fixed youtube account a mp4 video stored in a S3 bucket and blur people faces and car number plates. Youtube have embedded functions in the editor to blur faces but don’t know if that can be triggered with an API or similar, otherwise the blurring process has to be done prior to the upload. The videos will be typically 1 minute long. This function will be integrated by others to an ongoing project. Not really defined the best/ more cost effective approach so willing to see your brief proposals and prices. In this project you will have to agree to transfer the intellectual property rights to the buyer (Inar Group Ltd). Ready to start asap.
