Auto Search Tool required

I need you to develop software which needs to perform Auto search on the link provided. Project scope : Software should perform search on the provided link with the Unique identification number provided. Here the unique identification number refers Tax id of a property. if 50 tax ID provided in a spreadsheet, software should search the tax details of the property in the provided link and should print the results and return as PDF format and place it in a separate folder labelling the reference no of the property. Attachment refers the link and ID to search manually and the result print screen are provided.
