Web application supporting USSD, SMPP, HTTP and XML connections

We need a web application that can be connected to a Mobile Operator’s SDP server via HTTP, SMPP, USSD scripts and/or XML. The Application has some numbers of databases: - Admin and Agent database - Subscriber data base with name, mobile phone numbers, subscription status - Offers/announcements database The Web application must have Admin account(s) to monitor Agents activities. Agents publish some detailed offers/announcements in SMS format. The Admin validate the offer or announcement. An SMS MT containing the title of the offer/announcement and the offers number of the announcement generated automatically is pushed to each type of offer subscribers’ mobile phone. The SMS MT asks to the subscriber to send via USSD or Short code the offer’s number. When the number is sent, the Operators USSD server in the SDP receives it, bill the subscriber and forward data to the web application. The Web application replies by pushing the details of the offer to the subscriber via MT. To subscribe to the service the subscriber must initiate a USSD Session. When the USSD registration is successfully terminated, the subscribers’ data is sent to the Web Application that stores it in subscribers’ database. At the other side, the Users/subscribers can publish Offers/Announcements. Offers are received by the Admin. The Admin validate them or grant rights to some Agents to validate them. Agents read, validate the offers and push them. The SMS-MTs are sent to interested subscribers. The MT SMS contains as usual the offer’s title and number. Then, the subscriber receiving the SMS-MT restarts the process: he sends via USSD or Short code the number of the offer and after successful billing at the Operators side and query to the Web application, the details of the offer are sent to the subscriber. The application must generate statistics: - Subscribers number and status - Pushed SMS-MT number and status (delivered or not) - Received USSD/short code MO requests after valid billing - Revenue share with Operator stats based on received USSD/short code MO requests after valid billing Partners, Admin and Agents could access these stats. As for billing, it if possible, the Web application must handle it. This way, it interacts with the Mobile Operators billing system.
