.NET Upgrades (3 screens GUI modification)

We have one vb .NET / SQL Server project that was converted from ASP & Access. The interface was made into one screen that had too much information on it, we need to clean this up by splitting it into 3 screens with a common master page. The PSDs will be provided. Work has already started on this but was never completed. So the work required will be: 1. Create 3 pages extracting from 3 PSD's 2. Wire up all the ASP HTML user controls and elements as appropriate from the code / Database 3. Test to make sure everything is wired up and working properly, if any errors, please fix 4. Anything left over from the old ASP & Access code also needs to be completed (about 5 or 6 pages are still using old ASP code). NDA signature required to join this project.
