I need an event promoter

Below is information about the community events that we are holding on November 1st. We are holding a fundraiser and need help getting exposure for our event. Any help would be great! Carol Stream Animal Hospital (CSAH) has a longstanding commitment to improving the well-being of animals and people in the Carol Stream community and the greater Chicago area. The Annual CSAH Charity Dog Show is a fun community event to help celebrate our furry friends! Due to the COVID-19 situation, we are unable to host our regular outdoor event, but we have been amazed with how our community has come together to help each other in these circumstances. In that spirit, our animal hospital is excited to provide a FREE, fun, online event that will highlight local businesses and continue to celebrate the pets in our community. We are hoping to provide an amazing experience for all pet owners! Yes, this is a charity dog show, but we are thrilled to invite ALL pets (furry, feathered or scaled) to participate this year! We want owners to learn about all the different industries that can help their pets in a variety of ways. Our clinic invites all members of the community to support the Charity Dog Show (with friends!) by participating in an online event! We encourage all pet owners to peruse the competition categories and submit their pictures or videos to the link below to enter their pet in any category (you can choose more than one!). This is a completely free event to enter, and we hope all our community members can get involved by participating in an event, making a charitable donation, or both. Prizes will be awarded for a variety of categories, including Best Trick, Best Costume, Best Senior Dog, and a WHOLE LOT MORE! The number of pet owners unable to afford veterinary care for their animal companions grows every day. Many pet owners make the difficult choice to forgo veterinary care because they cannot afford the cost of care. Sensitive to the needs of pets and their owners, concerned and compassionate veterinary professionals are constantly searching for new ways to provide charitable veterinary services. The VetBros Pet Education Charitable Fund helps pet owners get the veterinary services they need to keep their furry friends healthy and happy. Helping members of the community care for their pets improves the overall quality of life in the community. The Carol Stream Animal Hospital Charity Dog Show (with friends!) will be held Sunday, November 1st, ONLINE using StreamYard. All proceeds from the Charity Dog Show (with friends!) will go to the VetBros Pet Education Charitable Fund.
