Experienced and sales focused Facebook Ad Specialist

I have an online clothing store that was launched in June 2017. I need someone who has proven experience with growing sales using facebook and instagram adverts. You . must be able to adapt your copy and understand the tone of the brand. No cheesy marketing ploys (spamming on messenger or discount wheels / site pop ups etc.. ) You must be able to use your initiative rather than waiting to be prompted. Tweaking of ads and changing strategies will be expected if sales start to drop. This is an ongoing position and we would need to discuss how many hours a week would be needed.
