Job Description #THE POSITION# We are currently looking for a Social Media (Facebook & Instagram) comment management specialist that has worked with e-commerce stores and is able to effectively communicate to customers according to our specifications. (Templates, personalized responses, filtering bad comments) #ABOUT US# We are a rapidly growing online e-commerce and marketing company building our superstar team that we would love to do business with years on end. Our top priority is to nurture a long lasting relationship with our team members and provide wonderful bonuses for great work done. We're a small, passionate team distributed around the globe, which includes contractors, part-time team members, and full-time team members. #SKILLS NEEDED# Some of the skills you’ll need to have and/or develop include: -Has worked with shopify dropshipping e-commerce stores in the past -Solid understanding of navigating Facebook’s notifications/comments platform -Must be able to perform detailed and personalized responses to better reinforce our brand’s image. - Fluent in written English - A keen attention to detail and the ability to make useful suggestions to continually improve our communication through facebook - Create documentation, systems, and automations to improve efficiency system-wide. #HOURS & PAY# I’m hiring for a REMOTE position with a payment by hour contract. Once mutual trust and fit have been established, we have enough work to move to full-time. We will currently require 3-4 hours daily. Every day of the week will be available for work, please provide your availability. Hours on a busy level can be up to 6-8 hours a day although to start #EXPECTATIONS# Great Communication Skills I expect everybody on our team to treat both customers and fellow team members professionally and politely and honestly. Be able to communicate via voice calls for effective communication , as long you can communicate clearly, professionally and effectively. As you are the front line contact with our customers, you will be given the opportunity to entice & persuade them to visit our webstore and make a purchase as that is our main goal for comment management. Payment bonuses will be granted & recognized with great work produced. Extreme Ownership We are a results-oriented business. I expect everybody on the team to take ownership of their tasks and duties, and to get results without complaining or making excuses. I'm always here to help everybody on our team and provide the support you need to do your job well, but I don't micromanage so you will be expected to deliver the results, and to do a careful job. (Please include the capitol of Denmark as the first word in your proposal) OPEN DOOR POLICY I ask that everybody on our team is honest and direct with each other. We embrace constructive criticism, we question authority and the standard way of doing things, and we constantly challenge each other to evolve and find better ways to do things. Bringing problems and inefficiencies to our attention is ENCOURAGED and actually vital for our growth and evolution.
