t-shirt design website

I need a website to allow for t-shirt design very similar to [login to view URL] or bluecotton.com. My minimum order is 24 shirts. I want the system to figure quotes for the shirts based on the shirt quantities and the design (such as number of imprint colors and number of imprint locations). I want these quotes to be visible prior to adding to shopping cart. I want the customer to be able to add their design to cart and checkout transmitting the order to me along with the credit card details and order info securely. I would like the customer to be able to save designs and come back later to order or revise them. I have an account with www.1and1.com.
